Requirements
To design and develop a strong brand and website for a new start estate agency business in Carmarthen and to remove the barriers faced with a typical estate agents site that would normally use frames.
By removing these barriers and introducing a semantic structured mark-up with analysis and promotion, we aim to make the following year the best yet for our client.
Design
The design and planning involved pre-start market and keyword analysis.

- Keywords and phrases that were relevant to the business and most likely to be used as queries by search engine visitors.
Develop
Development of brand and colour palette which were developed into final chosen pieces and integrated across estate agency marketing materials.

Promote
A 12 months promotion package was choosen for the initial launch which includes XML site map creation and submission to Google, Yahoo and MSN. This helps raise the visibility of every page and is backed up with on-going submissions to high profile sites.
The site continues to hold first page positioning within major search engines.
